Everything here was really great, including the excellent facilities. the location is fantastic, right next to the Gora Station and surrounded by beautiful forest. Plus, it's conveniently close to a bus stop. 🌲.

loved my stay at hakone. tkp lectore hakone gora went above and beyond, with spacious rooms, exceptional staff who spoke english, and delicious meals that exceeded the value. the onsen was a relaxing bonus, and the complimentary parking was appreciated. overall, a classy and serene atmosphere.

The staff were accomodating, warm, and helpful. Facilities were good, with a private onsen and coin massage chairs. Peaceful atmosphere and comfortable sleep. Excellent staff who stored our bags and walked us to dinner. Large rooms for our group.

The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The room was so cozy and the bed was the most comfortable one we had during our entire trip. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We could eat here every day!

The hotel's dinner was really impressive with an extensive selection of Japanese food, my favorite was the sukiyaki dish. The shuttle bus service made it very convenient to reach the town's central bus station. The onsen was an amazing experience, especially with a choice of water sources.

The location was not ideal, there wasn't much happening after 6-7 pm and there were hardly any places to dine nearby. The bathroom and the carpets had visible stains which had not been fully cleaned out.
